In regards to your first question regarding Xenon headlamps, if you purchase the complete xenon headlamps, the connectors match 100%, and it is completely plug & play. However, if you currently have Halogens, then your front lighting computer on the car is programmed for halogen bulbs which means after a little while, the computer will reject the xenons and they will flicker and turn off. The simply solution for this is to buy a set of £6 anti-flicker HID decoders which basically consist of a capacitor and inductor which smoothens out the current and solves the problem. So for a xenon conversion, you will need the xenon headlamp units, the bulbs and the HID ballast as well and a set of HID anti-flicker decoders.
Regarding the DRL, it is not as simple as just purchasing the LED lights. The power supply to power these lights cost double the amount of the lights itself and then you also need to get a few extra wiring looms. Because these power supplies cost a fortune and requires extra looms, I made my own power supply which powers my LED units and also works at night time. Based on this power supply design I made a DRL override kit for those who have DRL's already. Unfortunately, that kit will not work by itself for you because you don't have DRL's so you will need a power supply setup like mine. Have you purchased the DRL lights already? I can make you a plug & play DRL power supply if you want but the cost will be around £150 plus postage. Usually I sell the normal RS DRL kit for £100 but for your car the power supply will be different as it will need to work during the day as well.
Hope that helps.
